Airbus delivered about 760 aircraft during 2024 – just ten aircraft short of meeting its annual delivery goal of 770 aircraft, Bloomberg reported on January 2, 2025.
The report stated that deliveries in December alone totalled 120, which helped the company overcome a slow start to the year, the report added further that the final tally could differ slightly.
Airbus is expected to disclose its official orders and deliveries for 2024 on January 9, although Bloomberg reported that European stock market regulation would have required it to disclose the results publicly if it had fallen materially short of its 770-unit goal.
The company originally set a goal of delivering 800 aircraft in 2024, but lowered this target in June, citing a shortage of parts.
