Passenger traffic at German airports fails to reach pre-pandemic numbers

Figures from the first half of the year show that at German airports passenger traffic has not yet reached pre-pandemic levels, according to ADV statisticians.  The data shows that almost 11.5 million passengers travelled on domestic flights within Germany which is 50.7% fewer than before the pandemic. Similarly In European traffic, almost 65.9 million passengers travelled to and from German airports – 88.8% of the pre-pandemic figure.
