Front End successfully trials unmanned air taxi

Front End has announced the successful demonstration of the first unmanned air taxi trail in Mecca on June 12, 2024. The company, which is aiming to integrate advanced technology across sectors, worked with urban air mobility technology platform company EHang and the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA). “The trial marks a major advancement in integrating Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) solutions into Saudi Arabia’s aviation landscape,” said his Abdulaziz Al-Duailei, president of GACA. “This trial acts as a proof of concept for multiple use cases and contributes to various AAM roadmap initiatives.
