Spirit Airlines has requested the Venezuelan government approve its plan to start flights to Caracas, which has been delayed now for five years even though it received the rights to fly to the country in 2006.
Spirit has warned it will only support Sundance Air Venezuela to begin start flights to the US, if it was allowed to fly to the Venezuelan capital
