Regional carrier Sun Country Airlines has been bought by a Minnesota family for an undisclosed sum after emerging from bankruptcy-court reorganization earlier this year. The new owner is the Davis family which owns Davisco Foods International Inc. and Cambria USA.
No changes to Sun Country’s operations are planned under the new ownership. The airline operates a fleet of 12 Boeing 737NGs.
