CAE has appointed Matthew Bromberg as its new president and CEO, effective August 13, 2025.
Bromberg will join CAE on June 16, 2025, as incoming CEO, and will work closely with outgoing CEO Marc Parent to ensure a smooth transition, the company stated.
Most recently, he led global operations at Northrop Grumman. Before that, he held senior roles at both RTX and Pratt & Whitney.
He will also be nominated for election to CAE’s Board of Directors at the company’s upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders.
In addition to the appointment of Bromberg, Calin Rovinescu will assume the role of executive chairman of the company's board, while Sophie Brochu will become lead independent director.
