Germany’s Lufthansa will commence operations to Denver on its A380 aircraft in April, making the American city as the sixth destination served by the airline’s super-jumbo jet.
The airline's first A380 flight to Denver will depart Munich on April 30, 2025.
Heiko Reitz, CCO of Lufthansa Airlines, highlighted that this flight marks the first-ever commercial A380 operation at the Colorado airport, noting the A380 service to Denver as a significant milestone.
During the summer season, a total of eight A380s will be based at Lufthansa's Munich hub, flying to New York, Boston, Washington, Los Angeles, Delhi and Denver.
