Jet Parts Engineering (JPE) has acquired both Cima Aviation and Percival Aviation, the company said on May 8, 2025.
Cima Aviation provides MRO services, specialising in fuel and hydraulic repairs. Percival Aviation provides engineering, design, and manufacturing operations for aircraft interiors components.
The acquisitions further JPE's goals to “offer comprehensive aftermarket solutions” to its global customers.
"The partnership with Cima and Percival will allow JPE to deliver even greater value through expanded service offerings, reduced turnaround times, and enhanced technical support," said JPE parent company Vance Street Capital partner Nic Janneck.
XLCS Partners and Zumpano Castro acted as financial and legal advisors to Cima. Quercus Corporate Finance and Blake Morgan acted as financial and legal advisors to Percival. Vedder Price acted as legal advisors to Vance Street and JPE. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
