Finnair’s chief financial officer Kristian Pullola will leave the airline by August, the airline confirmed in a statement.
"Pullola and his team have played a key role in Finnair systematically recovering its balance sheet and building its profitability strategy in an operating environment affected by the pandemic and Russia's war of aggression," said Turkka Kuusisto, Finnair CEO.
Pullola, who has held the position of chief financial officer for over two years, said that Finnair is now “well positioned” to build its next phase.
The airline said that it has already begun the recruitment process for Pullola’s replacement.
