Canadian asset manager and aircraft lessor Falko has completed its previously announced aircraft portfolio transaction with Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) following the acquisition of four E190 aircraft on lease to Moroccan flag carrier, Royal Air Maroc.
The portfolio consists exclusively of E-Jet aircraft types on lease to established carriers.
“We are pleased to announce the acquisition of four E190 aircraft which concludes the portfolio transaction with NAC and welcomes Royal Air Maroc as a new Falko customer,” said Mark Hughes, Falko’s chief commercial officer.
He added: “Thank you to the NAC team for their collaboration and professionalism demonstrated throughout the portfolio transaction. We greatly value the strong relationship that has been established. We would also like to thank all the lessees for their support with the respective novations.”
Falko is one of the largest lessors of Embraer E-jets, with a fleet that includes 94 of the aircraft type.
