Airlines are introducing a new class in passenger cabins, the Cuddle Class. Some airlines, such as Air New Zealand, are starting to introduce rows of three economy class seats that are bought together, which can be converted into a large, flat space, or Skycouches, suitable for families or couples. A couple will be able to book the third seat in their row for half price. Air New Zealand will add this to services from Auckland to LA in November.
