C&L Aerospace acquires Saab 340B inventory from two Japan Airlines
C&L Aerospace, C&L Aviation Group, has acquired a Saab parts inventory from two JAL Group airlines, Japan Air Commuter (JAC) and Hokkaido Air System (HAC). The inventory consists of over 4,500 rotable and consumable parts. It had previously been stocked to support a fleet of 13 Saab 340B aircraft. C&L is housing the inventory at its facility in Bangor, Maine, and plans to distribute parts to its global warehouses as needed. ""Acquiring this inventory increases our support options for operators looking to source parts for their Saab fleets,"" said C&L Aviation Group executive vice president Jameel Wazir. ""Our strong relationship with JAC and HAC that we built over many years put us in a good position to win the bid for this inventory, and it has allowed us to further strengthen our ability to continue to support all current Saab operators worldwide.""
