China Airlines Cargo is expanding its network with additional routes between Osaka and the US, however it recognizes the challenges posed by high fuel costs and maintaining a long-haul cargo operation.
The cargo operator flies seven times a week from Osaka to North America and also now operates via Southeast Asia to Europe and is connecting new points together, such as Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh City to Europe.
In the past, the airline focused more on transpacific flights.
