Cerebrum sold its investment in Satavia to Aerospace Carbon Solutions, a subsidiary of GE Aerospace.
Cerebrum Partners is a joint venture backed by Campden Hill Capital, a venture capital and investment advisor of a family office.
Satavia is a UK-based startup that reduces the climate impact of flying by mitigating the warming effect of aircraft contrails.
The sale of the investment was advised by Reed Smith, led by corporate partners Panos Katsambas and Tom Whelan. In addition, they were supported by Saiya Guo and Ed Chapman, as well as Tom Baxter.
