Brussels Airlines is expecting to receive three A320neo aircraft by summer 2026.
Two of the new aircraft are expected to replace older A319-aircraft that the airline currently operates. The third will be used to expand the airline's fleet.
“Being able to add extra brand-new aircraft is a win-win-win: by replacing older aircraft by the most fuel-efficient aircraft on the market, we reduce our impact on the environment,” explained Dorothea von Boxberg, CEO of Brussels Airlines.
“We are also growing our fleet, which creates extra jobs and improves connectivity for Belgium,” she added.
Brussels Airlines currently operates five A320neos, bringing the total number of A320neo aircraft in the airline’s fleet to eight.
