British Airways set to increase operations to the US next summer

British Airways is set to operate a record number of flights between the UK and US during the summer period of 2025, increasing operations to more than 400 flights per week.

The UK flag carrier will operate an additional seven flights per week to Miami, increasing operations to 14 flights per week. Similarly -the airline will add an additional seven services to Washington D.C per week - resulting in 21 weekly flights. The airline will also increase its services to Austin and Pittsburgh by six flights per week, along with an additional three extra flights to Las Vegas per week.

"The US remains a priority market for us, and we know these network changes will be welcomed by both our business and leisure customers, providing more options than ever before to travel between the UK and the USA,” said Neil Chernoff, British Airways’ chief planning and strategy officer.

Alongside the additional US routes, the airline is also set to increase services to Delhi, Cancun and Florence.
