Lessor Avolon has priced an $850 million private offering of 5.375% senior unsecured notes due 2030.
The offering is expected to close around March 27, 2025. Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the future repayment of the company's outstanding debts.
The notes have a spread of treasuries plus 138 basis points and a yield of 5.466%. The notes are expected to be rated Baa3/BBB-/BBB-.
Bookrunners were Mizuho, Morgan Stanely, Scotiabank, SocGen, and Truist.
