Alaska Airlines has appointed Joe Wonderly as vice president of labour relations and has promoted Allen Thieman to vice president of inflight.
Wonderly will lead Alaska Airlines' labour strategy, overseeing engagement with the company's five labour unions, representing 85% of employees. He will also play a key role in the integration with Hawaiian Airlines.
He brings over a decade of experience in labour and employment law, including four years at Alaska Airlines.
Additionally, Thieman will lead strategy and operations for the combined inflight team and nearly 10,000 flight attendants of Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines. He has 20 years of airline experience and has played an important role in the ongoing integration with Hawaiian Airlines.
Both Wonderly and Thieman will assume these new roles from July 7, 2025.
