Air Canada has launched a new seasonal service between Montreal and Edinburgh.
This new transatlantic route, which the airline will operate through to September, will be served by Air Canada's 737 MAX 8 fleet and will operate three times weekly.
Mark Galardo, executive vice president & chief commercial officer and president, cargo at Air Canada, said this new connection between Canada and Scotland deepens ties and an overall commitment to the UK market.
Earlier this year the airline recommenced flights to London from Ottawa following a five-year hiatus.
This route is also the latest transatlantic service added by the Canadian airline in past two months, having launched new services from Canada to Porto, Prague and Naples.
