Air Canada is to expand its international network with the addition of a new route connecting Vancouver and Manila.
The new service, commencing April 2, 2025, will operate four times weekly to the capital of the Philippines and will be operated by the Canadian flag carrier’s 787 aircraft.
Mark Galardo, executive vice president, revenue and network planning, and president, cargo at Air Canada commented: “The Philippines is an important market reflecting longstanding family ties between our two countries with growing business connections and tourism opportunities.”
Air Canada's service to Manila will be its 12th transpacific route from Vancouver, which includes destinations in countries such as Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
