AIP Capital has promoted Colm Daly to director based in its Dublin office where he will lead the private credit origination and structuring efforts, the company said on August 7, 2025.
Daly has been with AIP Capital since 2023 and has been leading the private credit origination and structuring efforts since July 2025.
“We continue to see a robust pipeline of private credit opportunities in the sector and believe Colm’s ability to work seamlessly across the organisation and with AIP’s airline customers will be key to driving the platform’s continued success," said AIP Capital managing partner Jared Ailstock.

Prior to joining AIP Capital, Daly was a senior associate at Castlelake in the aviation risk and aviation underwriting teams where he covered aircraft leasing and lending opportunities.
