Air Charter Service has opened a new office in Dublin – the company’s first in Ireland. “Business aviation in Ireland has been on an upward trajectory for some time now, and this move will help us to better serve our existing customers in the country and to grow our client base further,” said Justin Bowman, Air Charter Service’s chief executive.
