SKY leasing closes of $569.5 million secured notes offering

SKY Leasing has closed an issuance of $569.5 million of secured notes by SLAM 2024-1 and SLAM 2024-1. SLAM expects to use a portion of the proceeds of the notes to acquire a portfolio of 22 Airbus and Boeing aircraft valued at approximately $825 million. The portfolio features an average age of 4.8 years and a weighted average lease term of 7.3 years, with a significant focus on narrowbody aircraft (88%) and next generation aircraft (70%).
