Vietnam Airlines has taken delivery of its fifth 787-10 aircraft on August 1, 2024. “Being the flag carrier of Vietnam, Vietnam Airlines is committed to upgrading and expanding our fleet,” said Dang Anh Tuan, executive vice president of Vietnam Airlines. He continued: “We aim not only to provide the highest levels of passenger comfort but also to fulfill our mission of connecting Vietnam with the world, therefore significantly supporting its economic and social development.” Vietnam Airlines operates nearly 100 aircraft with the arrival of this latest Dreamliner marking the 30th widebody jet to join the airline’s fleet.
