The first Emirates 777 aircraft with a full nose to tail refit has entered service on August 7, 2024, flying from the airline’s hub in Dubai to Geneva, Switzerland. “Emirates continues to carry out our commitment to deliver an unmatchable onboard experience with the introduction of our latest Boeing 777 with new signature interiors, raising the industry benchmark when it comes to premium travel,” said Tim Clark, president of Emirates. The aircraft took 37 days and 18,000 manhours to complete. The airline is set to retrofit 191 777 and A380 aircraft.
