Cirium: Europe’s most punctual airlines in May 2024

Aviation analytics company Cirium have revealed Europe’s most punctual airlines in May 2024. According to Cirium, Norwegian Airlines took the top spot when it came to punctuality with 89.53% of its flights arriving on time. Spanish national carrier Iberia followed with 86.17%, and taking third-place in the rankings was SAS with 84.83% of its flights arriving on time. The report also shows that flight cancellations within Europe fell 21% month-on-month in May. The region cancelled 5,584 flights this month compared to 7,103 in April, showing a 24% decrease.
