Exquisite Air Charter has announced what it says is “a pre-paid, fully refundable programme to grant customers the utmost flexibility and comfort when opting to fly private”. There is a “rising trend in deposit-based jet card membership” and more first-time private jet flyers, the company said, explaining the offering.
