XTI signs LOI with AVX for new VTOL TriFan 600 project

XTI Aerospace has confirmed that its subsidiary, XTI Aircraft Company, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with AVX Aircraft Company to provide development, design, and certification services to support XTI Aircraft’s TriFan 600, a fixed-wing aircraft with vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) capability.
