Gama Aviation will purchase three cargo door-equipped Beechcraft King Air 360C (KA360C) aircraft after signing an agreement with Gama Aviation on July 29, 2024. The aircraft are expected to be delivered in 2025. The deal – signed at this year’s Farnborough International Airshow – will help modernise Gama Aviation’s fleet and will support the Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS). “By providing a wide range of essential healthcare services to regional, rural and remote communities, the mission scope of the Scottish Air Ambulance requires 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week operational availability,” said Textron Aviation vice president, special missions sales Bob Gibbs.
