Baggage loss or misplaced bags can lead to a lot of discomfort for tourists causing ire and frustration. As a simple solution to the problem Changi airport has launched a trial service to help passengers keep track of their bags. The baggage tracker is available via the iChangi app and it provides passengers with status updates on their luggage. The arrival tracking service is available only at Terminals 2 and 3 to the passengers of participating airlines like Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Jetstar Asia and Malaysia Airlines.
