Ampaire completes test flights for highest capacity hybrid-electric aircraft

Ampaire has completed test flights at Camarillo Airport in California on what it claims is the world’s highest capacity hybrid-electric aircraft. The Ampaire 337, was retrofitted with Ampaire’s proprietary electric propulsion system and is powered by a lightweight battery system.
