CAAV – Vietnam civil aviation to fully recovery towards year-end

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) is expecting the country’s civil aviation sector to fully recover from the impact of Covid-19 pandemic towards the end of 2023. The recent report titled the global outlook for the aviation industry released by CAAV projected 80 million passengers and 1.44 million tonnes of cargo to be transported by air this year. The report predicts an increase in 45.4% in passenger traffic and 15% in cargo traffic in 2023 as compared to 2022.
