ARC Aero Systems and Life Shield have signed a strategic partnership agreement (SPA) with a view to “develop innovative aviation solutions and promote manufacturing within the two countries”. ARC, a UK company currently developing sustainable and runway-independent will partner with the Saudi-based Life Shield in a deal that a statement from ARC says “will open the way for upwards of £300m of investment into the two nations’ aerospace sectors”.
