Korean Air and BNP Paribas (BNPP) have closed a 10-year Singapore Dollar (SGD) denominated commercial debt, for the financing of two A321neo aircraft on December 17, 2024.
BNPP acted as sole lender, facility agent and security trustee for the transaction while Clifford Chance advised as the main counsel.
This transaction is the first completed by Korean Air in SGD.
