Wizz Air has suspended all operations to and from Tel Aviv until January 2025.
The airline - which operates flights from 27 airports to the Israeli city - is the latest to announce extended suspensions to Tel Aviv.
In a statement to passengers, the airline said; “Due to the ongoing situation in the region, Wizz Air will be temporarily suspending flights to and from Tel Aviv until January 14, 2025.”
The statement added: “Wizz Air regrets the inconvenience caused to the customers due to the extraordinary circumstances beyond the airline’s control.”
Wizz follows carriers such as Delta who have also extended flight suspensions to Tel Aviv through to the end of the yea, following mounting tensions throughout the Middle East.
