Volotea will commence a new regular service between Strasbourg Airport and London Gatwick from November 9. The new twice-weekly route will be operated exclusively by Volotea on Thursday and Sunday and marks the carrier’s first regular service to the UK.
The carrier is investing heavily in expanding its operations in France, having recently announced a new service between Paris Orly and its Spanish hub in Bilbao as well as two new routes from Bordeaux to the Italian cities of Napoli and Rome.
Volotea is the only airline to serve the Orly-Bilbao route. The service will commence from November 10 with two flights per week on Tuesday and Friday.
The airline will commence twice-weekly flights between Bordeaux and Rome Fiumicino from November 9 and twice weekly flights to Napoli from December 20 as a part of its winter season.
