Virgin Australia expands routes to popular tourist destinations

Virgin Australia is all set to resume flights to Port Vila, Vanuatu, and the Samoan from Brisbane and Sydney with plans to expand its international network with rising demand.

The five-weekly flights to Port Vila Bauerfield International Airport will be from Brisbane International Airport from March 10, 2023. Virgin operated the same number of flights to Port Vila prior to imposing the pandemic restrictions. Twice weekly flights to Apia Faleolo International Airport in Samoa from Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport will start from March 21, 2023

The airline is planning to expand this service to thrice weekly but there is no confirmation so far. The services between Apia to Brisbane will commence from March 23, 2022. The airline plans to use the Boeing 737 fleet on all the expanded routes.
