Five Forty Aviation withdraws FastJet’s operating licence

Virgin America is launching services from Portland International Airport (PDX) from June 5, 2012. Tickets are now on sale for two daily nonstop flights from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and one daily nonstop flight from San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
