From March 10, US Airways will offer a weekly service between New York LaGuardia and Phoenix – this is the first-ever flight beyond the 1,500 mile limit set by the perimeter rule at New York LaGuardia Airport. The airline is also adding a daily service linking its Charlotte, North Carolina hub with Salt Lake City from March 4.
US Airways will operate the daily Charlotte-Salt Lake City service with 150-seat Airbus A320s and the Phoenix-LaGuardia route with 124-seat Airbus A319s.
