Over 300 members of Cathay Pacific cabin crew - who are based at London Heathrow - have won a new pay deal.
Trade Union Unite negotiated the two-year pay deal, that will see cabin crew receive an 8% increase in salary in 2025 and a further 3% in 2026.
“This is a great pay deal for the workers at Cathay Pacific and shows the value of union membership across the aviation sector. Our members and their reps should be congratulated on negotiating such a strong pay deal.," said Sharon Graham, general secretary at Unite.
An additional increase in flight pay has also been secured with a 10% increase in 2025 and a further 3% in 2026.
