Turkish Airlines has completed a JOLCO structured financing for two A350s.
HSBC acted as ECA loan arranger, original ECA lender, ECA facility agent and national agent in the transaction.
“This structure aligns with Turkish Airlines' long-term capacity and sustainability strategy as it continues to strengthen its global network,” said HSBC Turkey head of corporate and investment banking Caner Islak on a LinkedIn post on May 5, 2025. “The transaction also reflects HSBC's continued focus on delivering tailored, multi-jurisdictional financing solutions across the aviation sector.”
HSBC recently supported Emirates in a JOLCO structured financing for the acquisition of four A350-900s.
