Regional aircraft leasing provider TrueNoord has sold one Embraer E190 aircraft to UK-based operator Titan Airways.
“Following an intensive market and operational analysis, we identified the Embraer E190 as the ideal aircraft to fill a growing gap in the regional market,” said Mark Holt, account director at Titan Airways. “This is our first E190 and we’re confident in its ability to deliver the performance, efficiency and flexibility that our customers require to support their operations.”
This marks the airline’s first acquisition of a regional jet which will be used to support the growing demand for aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI) and charter contracts across the UK and Europe.
