Switzerland's Federal Office of Civil Aviation (BAZL) has given Darwin Airline until the end of January to answer more questions about Etihad Airways' plans to buy a 33.3% stake in the airline before the deal can be approved. Etihad has already agreed to relinquish a role in the appointment of top executives and although the BAZL stated that it has allayed concerns about Etihad's control of Darwin, it still had questions.
