Steve Ades has been appointed CFO at AerFin, expanding his role to include continued oversight of strategy and supply chain, in addition to his CFO responsibilities.
This transition follows Matthew Clay's decision to step down as CFO, with his departure from the business confirmed for March 31, 2025.
In addition, Brendan O’Neill will also join as the company's interim financial controller, while the company's marketing team will now report directly to James Bennett, CCO.
AerFin said these structural changes aim to strengthen cross-functional collaboration, positioning the company for long-term success.
