ST Engineering has also announced that its aerospace arm Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd’s (ST Aerospace) VIP completions brand ‘AERIA Luxury Interiors’ (AERIA) has secured a nose-to-tail cabin completion contract for a wide-body VIP aircraft, from an undisclosed customer. This follows shortly after clinching a green aircraft completion deal for a VIP 737 BBJ in February this year.
The aircraft interior will be designed by AERIA’s own cabin design team. The wide-body aircraft will have a floor plan personalised to the customer’s expectations.
The aircraft is scheduled to arrive in AERIA’s hangar for cabin completion in the third quarter of 2014, with redelivery planned in the fourth quarter of 2016.
