Alongside First and Business Class passengers, members of the airline’s loyalty program flying in Premium Economy and Economy are already offered limited free access to the internet, capped at three and two hours of usage, respectively, since February 2023.
Just recently Emirates offered complimentary onboard Wi-Fi to all passengers that are members of its Skywards frequent flyer program since May 2023
airBaltic and Hawaiian have also announced plans to rollout SpaceX’s Starlink internet connectivity system for free across their fleets.
