SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) has signed a 12-year inventory technical management (ITM) agreement with Air India. SIAEC will provide extensive component support coverage for Air India's current fleet of A320 family aircraft and access to its inventory pool as well as MRO services for airframe and on-wing engine components.

""The collaboration will further bolster our repair and maintenance competencies for the Airbus A320 family of aircraft,"" said Air India CEO and managing director Campbell Wilson.
SIAEC said the undisclosed value of the transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the company for the end of the 2023/2024 fiscal year.
