The United Arab Emirates’ Sharjah Airport Authority is to develop the airport’s cargo centre and continue enhancing its logistics services.
This decision was partly facilitated by meetings held during the three-day Air Cargo India 2024, held in Mumbai, during which the Sharjah Airport Authority conducted meetings with various air cargo companies, shipping agents and other global logistics service providers. These meetings ‘provided a platform for evaluating strategies to strengthen connections and promote cooperative efforts,’ added the Authority.
