Saudia carried 35 million passengers throughout 2024, reflecting a 15% increase in traffic compared to the year prior. The airline operated 193,000 scheduled and additional flights, representing a growth of 10%.
The airline reported an increase of 16% in its annual international traffic during 2024, along with growth of 18% in its transit traffic, when compared to 2023.
Ibrahim Al-Omar, director general of the Saudia Group, said that the company has made “significant strides” in enhancing its services and overall guest experience.
Saudia is poised to expand its current fleet of 147 aircraft, aiming to introduce 118 new aircraft in coming years as part of its overall growth strategy.
