Data from Cirium has revealed that Saudia led global airline on-time performance (OTP) in November, with the airline achieving a punctuality rate of 89.85%.
“Saudia’s comprehensive transformation programme has been instrumental in achieving this accomplishment," commented Ibrahim Al-Omar, director general of the Saudia Group. “Through the programme, we launch initiatives aimed at enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency, as well as improving various services and products.”
Additionally, the Saudia Group’s low-cost subsidiary flyadeal ranked second globally when it came low-cost carrier punctuality, with an OTP of 90.48% for the month, reflecting a slight dip from its October performance of 90.76%.
